Shipping and Return

The rugs have free shipping inside the European Union. Delivery time is usually 7-14 days.

International shipments are delivered by FedEx or other international operator. We are not responsible for delivery congestion or delays.

The products have a 14 days return policy in European Union countries. The customer pays shipping of the returned product. The purchase price of the product is returned after receiving the product and the condition is confirmed to be the same than when purchased.

No return policy applies outside the European Union.

Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis.
